CEO of CATIPs-Ghana Francis Kofi Korankye-Sakyi appointed to ADR Centre Governing Board
The CEO of CATIPs-Ghana, Mr. Francis Kofi Korankye-Sakyi, has been appointed by the President of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, as a member of the Governing Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre. This appointment fulfills Article 70 of the 1992 Constitution.
Mr. Korankye-Sakyi’s appointment represents the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with Section 117(1)(b)(i) of the ADR Act, 2010 (Act 798).
