At the sidelines of the 6th Biennial Conference of the African International Economic Law Network at GIMPA, Ghana, Legal Experts and Practitioners met at the African Trade Academy to discuss the Competition Law Jurisprudence and the potential ramifications of the Phase II protocols of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) on fair trade in Africa.

Among participants at the meeting was the Honourable CEO of CATIPS-Ghana, Francis Korankye-Sakyi.
