Mr. Francis Kofi Korankye-Sakyi to Speak at Transformational Dialogue on Small-Scale Mining
Sunyani – Mr. Francis Kofi Korankye-Sakyi has been selected as the main speaker to represent Professor Raymond Atuguba, the Dean of the University of Ghana School of Law, at the 2nd Annual 2-Day Transformational Dialogue on Small-Scale Mining in Ghana.
The event, organized by the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani, will focus on addressing key issues surrounding small-scale mining in the country.
As the main speaker, Mr. Korankye-Sakyi will deliver a presentation on the topic “Sustaining Human Rights in Artisanal and Small Scale Mining areas in Ghana.” The dialogue aims to foster discussions and propose sustainable solutions to promote responsible and environmentally conscious practices in the small-scale mining sector.
The date is May 17 to 18 at Sheila’s Executive Hotel, Sunyani
